HALLOWEEN!
I finally got the boxes all unpacked from our move, which meant time to bring up the Halloween decorations. Woot woot!
I'm not quite ready to decorate the outside yet... that is best saved for October. But nothing says, "hello Fall" like a little Halloween decor. Know-what-I'm-sayin'?
This is phase ONE. Phase Two will consist of a bit more creep-tastic decor tailor-fit for this home. I'm thinking that will be last week of September. Phase Three will be basic outdoor decorating, which will most likely be the first week of October. And then the final outdoor touches of scare and spook will be two weeks before the big day.

I can't believe you waited this long! I love your Halloween obsession!
I'm lov'n it! I think I like decorating for Halloween more than Christamas even. Are those rats? That is AWESOME. Gotta get me some of those bad boy.
How 'bout some of those freakish birds on my wish list?
Are those rats in front of the fireplace? I know, phase three should include adding one of those fake rubber fingers. What's that you say? Too violent? Nah. The kids will love it....
I love it... Soon I will get mine up. Sugarhouse has to be a great place for Halloween.
Okay, your decor looks like it should be in Martha Steward Living. So cute! I can't believe it's already that time. I'll have to go find my box of Halloween decorations. Oh, and I just saw a project that I thought was cute for outdoors: Buy terra cotta pots, and then paint horizontal stripes (yellow, orange then white) to make candy corns for your plants!
while we haven't started decorating yet, joe has begun building new props. come on, fall!
You are my hero with Halloween decorations and going all out. My goal is to someday make my house as fun and festive as yours for the fall--the best season! Now that I have a home, I have started working on it. someday . . .
